TRAINING FIT FOR YOU
Ty will design a personalized and unique training program just for you. The program will be tailored to your specific fitness goals based on current fitness level, past injuries and training style. Not only will she ensure you're hitting your goals, Ty will also be there to hold you accountable throughout your fitness journey.
Being fit isn't just about working out. Are you eating an adequate amount of protein? Getting enough sleep to allow maximum performance in training sessions? Drinking enough water to keep you hydrated throughout your workday? Ty wants to know! And she's here to help you along each step of the way.

WHAT EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED?
No equipment is required. Each program is designed to utilize only the resources you have available.
ARE YOU COMFORTABLE WORKING WITH PAST/CURRENT INJURIES?
Yes. Ty is a corrective exercise specialist and will help you gain strength and mobility in previously injured or injured areas.
WHAT IS THE COST OF EACH SESSION?
The cost depends on the number of sessions per week. There is a discount for training multiple times per week. Contact Ty via Contact page for specific pricing.
DO YOU OFFER OTHER SERVICES BESIDES VIRTUAL SESSIONS?
Yes. Looking for help creating the perfect workout plan without the actual sessions? Customized plans complete with ongoing accountability coaching are available.
HOW LONG IS EACH SESSION?
Standard sessions are 30 minutes.
DO YOU OFFER LONGER SESSIONS?
Longer sessions are available subject to time and day availability. Inquire within.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
24 hours notice is required.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM COMMITMENT?
There are no minimum amount of sessions required. This is a completely pay as you go program.
CAN I CHANGE THE TIME OR DATE OF MY SESSIONS?
Yes. Scheduling is flexible in both time and day, subject to availability. Please give advanced notice.
CAN I TRAIN WHILE PREGNANT?
Yes, training while pregnant is encouraged. Ty has trained many pregnant clients throughout their entire pregnancies modifying exercises in each trimester. Ty also has experience training women after they give birth and with their doctors clearance.
